Commissions Express
Besides being paid twice per month, ICA offers the unique opportunity to access commissions before the scheduled pay date. Commissions Express allows you to direct deposit the commission amount you choose (minimum $1,000) into your checking account within 48 hours. If you decide to take advantage of Commissions Express, your first request within each payment cycle is free of charge!

Health Insurance
ICA offers a strategic health insurance option for representatives and their clients with Flexible Benefit. ICA Representatives, as independent contractors, have access on the ICA website to a complete wellness opportunity that fully supports their needs and their clients health coverage needs. This program will enable ICA Representatives to personal coverage, as well as, individual and group health insurance plans with a focus on cost effective, High Deductible Health Plans (HDHPs). The program represents an opportunity to ICA Representatives to seek health insurance alternatives and establish tax favored Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) that could save significant premium dollars for themselves and their clients.

Discounted Disability Insurance
ICA is pleased to offer discounted Disability Income ("DI"), Overhead Expense (OE) and DI-Retirement Security (DI-RS) Insurance Programs.
